Introduction to Wellbeing and Its Interdisciplinary Nature

Introduction to Wellbeing

and its Interdisciplinary Nature

Wellbeing - both physical and mental - can have a huge impact on the workplace. In this weekend course, we will consider the different perspectives of wellbeing, using case studies, mapping exercises and reflection sessions.

As well as considering the theoretical elements of wellbeing, there will also be time for practical tools and techniques which participants can implement personally, but also across the workplace.

This course is for any professional looking to develop their own understanding and techniques for wellbeing, and especially relevant for team leads, managers and directors.

The course is suitable for anyone who is new to wellbeing, and for people who would like to develop their knowledge and skills in supporting positive wellbeing.
