Sign up to the WIE Mentoring Scheme
This scheme is designed to match those seeking to develop their engagement practice with colleagues who have relevant experience to share. Anyone can apply - including students at all levels and any staff member - including non academic members of staff.
We're accepting new mentees, and looking for more mentors.
Apply by Friday 21 October 2022 to be matched as part of our next cohort.
The Arts and Humanities Impact Fund
The Arts and Humanities Impact Fund (AHIF) supports activities to maximise the societal and economic impact of Warwick’s Arts and Humanities research. Funding can be used to build on existing work or to leverage new opportunities.
Activities supported by the AHIF include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborations with non-academic partners to enable the translation of research into impact
- Activities to inform policy
- Short term secondments for researchers with non-academic organisations
- Strengthening the exchange of knowledge through culture and capability development.
- Activities to strengthen research-user engagement
- Proof of concept, marketing and commercialisations activities
The Funding Streams:
- Main Fund: Impact in Action - up to £5,000 per year
- Supporting Fund: Enhancing Impact - up to £1,000 per year
- Seed Fund: Early-Stage Activity - up to £1,000 per year
- Rapid Response Fund - up to £1,000 per year

Call Out for Christmas Lecture Presenters!
Would you like to take the stage and share your passion for science with over a thousand school children, young people, families and adults? We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging scientists to take the stage at Warwick Arts Centre in December 2022.
Culture Cycle at Warwick and Leamington Culture Fest
Combining culture, cycling and stained-glass window making (well, mock versions of stained-glass!), the team from Warwick Institute of Engagement supported by staff and students from a variety of subjects enabled over 300 people of all ages to take part in our activity on Saturday in Warwick and Sunday in Leamington Spa.
WAPCE Student Awardees Celebrated at Graduation
