A Warwick alum announces the pre-order of their book, Self-Obsession, set for release in May 2025. The book integrates biology, medicine, psychology, and Eastern philosophies to explore and address issues like depression and anxiety.

Ricardo pursued a PhD in History at the University of Warwick, focusing on the impact of colonization on food, drink, and health in Mesoamerica.
