At a similar time, Theo founded CloudNC, and is Co-Founder and CEO of the advanced software company which uses AI to fully autonomise manufacturing processes, primarily in precision manufacturing.

A postgraduate social work student turned academic has authored a book, Inside the World of Older Spouse Carers, to explore and challenge assumptions about older spouse carers, which will be published by Palgrave Macmillan in July 2024.
