Renew your swipecard
We will aim to process your Warwick alumni swipe card renewal within 28 days. Please ensure that you complete the following steps:
For renewals:
1. If your alumni membership card starts with the number 5 or number 4 (for example, 5XXXXX) please continue with the current form. Your swipe card will be updated and continue to be active. Please note: you do not need to request a new physical card unless your card has been lost or the photo is outdated. If you do require a new card, you can request one using this form.
2. If you have an old card which does not start with the number 5 or number 4, please complete the online form here.
After submitting this form we will reactivate your existing alumni card. Please note, the valid date shown on your card is a valid from date. You do not need a replacement physical card unless your card is lost or the photo is outdated.
