My name is Thomas Prosser and I am a second year PhD student at Warwick Business School. My research centres on the the European Agreements on Telework and Work-related Stress and their implementation.
Supervisor: Professor Paul Marginson
The European Framework Agreements on Telework and Work-related Stress, the first two non-legally binding Agreements to be concluded at the European level, represent challenges to our understanding of EU governance. My research attempts to to appraise the extent to which they have been implemented 'effectively' in four member states (UK, Denmark, Czech Republic, and Belgium) and two sectors (Banking and local Government).
