Daniel Valdes Amaro

I'm Daniel, third year PhD student in the Computer Science Department in the Signal and Image Processing Group.

I got my first degree in Computer Science (BSc Honours, First Class) from Universidad Autonoma de Puebla, in Puebla, Mexico.


My main research topic is Statistical Shape Analysis, under the supervision of Dr. Abhir Bhalerao. The research is focus on the study and development of Statistical Shape Models for brain morphology and how these can be applied to medical applications.
