The research questions going to be investigated are the following:
- What are teachers views of childrens' alternative ideas (misconceptions)?
- Do teacher identify childrens' altarnative ideas and if yes how?
- How does this knowledge inform their teaching?
- What kind of training do early years teachers recieve in regard to alternative ideas?
