September 2008 to present: Part-time teaching at the Department of History of the University of Warwick at Coventry.

Aug/Sep 2004 and 2005: Vacation work at the University of Luxembourg, which involved translation work and general data collection and evaluation for an education-related research project.

1999-2001: Freelance journalist work for the Luxemburger Wort, Luxembourg’s biggest newspaper.


December 2008 to present: Member of Warwick volunteers. I teach at the Woodlands School in Coventry once a week.

2007: Co-organiser of the Warwick Postgraduate History Conference (24th and 25th May).

2003/2004: Coordinator of Aberystwyth Nightline, an information and listening service run by student volunteers. This post involved the responsibility for coordinating the financial and organizational aspects of Nightline, as well as public relations.

2003/2004: Member of the Union Executive Committee of the University of Aberystwyth as representative for Nightline.


Fluent in French and German, intermediate level of Spanish.

ECDL (European Computer Driver's Licence).
