Previous experiences

From 2002 till 2004 I worked as an assistant in Italian grammar courses, at the Italian department of the University of Utrecht (Netherlands). I assisted groups of 20 to 25 first and second year students with a computer learning programme, prepared tests and supervised the classes during examinations.

From 2003 till 2004 I was employed as an Italian teacher at the Dante Alighieri Association in Utrecht, where I conducted group courses for first and second year adult students of Italian language.

During a student exchange in Italy (2004-2005), I worked as an assistant in Dutch grammar courses at the Department of Modern Languages of the University of Bologna (Italy). The classes consisted of 5 to 10 students in their first, second and third year.

In 2005 I furthermore taught at the Inlingua Language School of Bologna, where I conducted individual lessons in elementary Dutch, and in 2007 I conducted individual lessons in elementary English (adult students, mostly beginners) at the Speakeasy Language School of Bologna.

Finally, from 2007 till 2008 I conducted individual lessons in elementary Dutch at the Berlitz Language Centre in Birmingham (UK).
