Despite its name, the University of Warwick is not located in the town of Warwick but in Coventry - please be aware of this when you make travel arrangements for the conference. The University of Warwick is a campus university located south-west of Coventry city centre. To make matters more complicated, there is also a University of Coventry located in Coventry city centre. Make sure you make arrangements to travel to Warwick University and not Coventry University.

There is limited conference accommodation available on campus. According to our latest update, there are still some available rooms at the Scarman Conference Centre on central campus for the dates of the conference, which are £98 inc. VAT and breakfast per night. There is a sur-charge of £18 inc. VAT for double occupancy. Please contact reservations@warwick.ac.uk to make a booking.

If you would like to stay off-campus for the duration of the conference, we recommend that you arrange accommodation in Coventry or Kenilworth, a small town which is a 10-min drive from Warwick campus. Frequent bus services operate from both towns to campus and back.
