Shakespeare Race and Performance: The Diverse Bard
Congratulations to Dr Jami Rogers (Research Assistant, Multicultural Shakespeare, and Act for Change Committee) and Sita Thomas (PhD student) on their essays in Shakespeare Race and Performance: The Diverse Bard, published this week by Routledge. The collection is edited by Dr Delia Jarrett-Macauley, formerly a postdoctoral fellow with the Multicultural Shakespeare Project (2013-15).

Congratulations to Elizabeth Parker, ELCW alumna, on her recently published collection Antinopolis (Eyewear 2016).

Lizzie has been shortlisted for The Bridport Prize and the Melita Hume Prize and has been published in Magma, Raceme, and The Stony Thursday Book. She lives in Bristol and is a member of the Bristol poetry group, The Spoke.

Palimpsest anthology launch today!
Today is the on-campus launch for Palimpsest, the 2016 MA Writing anthology.
We'd like to show our thanks and gratitude to all those who have helped and supported us over the year. It's going to be an informal celebration - there will be wine/beer/soft drinks/nibbles and, the star of the show: the books!

Congratulations to Daryl Qilin Yam, who is set to become a published author the same year he graduates. His highly anticipated fiction title, Kappa Quartet is published by Epigram Books and is due to be launched at the Singapore Writers festival in November this year, where he is set to be a featured author.
