The data collected on this form will not be used for anything other than the virtual yearbook, and only your name, degree title, your message and your image (if submitted) will be published.

Use of image consent: 

• If you submit a photo, we plan to share your photo on the History Website. We will securely store your images for five years, after which point they will be archived and only be used for historical purposes. 
• You can withdraw your consent from future use at any time by emailing HistoryOffice@warwick.ac.uk, but you cannot be removed from communications that have already been created.
