All-year feedback form
Below is an anonymous feedback form for Europe in the Making (ETM) in 2026-27.
The form can be filled out at any point during the year.
Responses will be sent anonymously to the module convenor.
Use this form for issues that you think need addressing promptly. Other issues can be raised in the mid-year and end-of-year feedback forms, filled out in term 1 and term 3.
You may prefer to contact one of the teachers on the module directly.
