Shakespeare Birthplace Trust visit

On the afternoon of Friday 13th November, following the end of the Warwick PhDNet Symposium, we are arranging an optional trip to the beautiful town of Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare. Visitors will need to pay for their own travel (we will coordinate this), but we have arranged a gratis tour of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, together with presentations on the Trust's archives with Trust curators and our colleague Professor Charlotte Scott. We then aim to tour the town with opportunities for sightseeing, shopping and an evening meal and drinks.

Whilst some of the logistics can be worked out later, we do need a headcount of people interested in the Trust tour. Please, both Professors and PhD students, can you fill in this simple form to indicate your interest and do so by Friday 16th October to secure a ticket?

Many thanks

James Hodkinson
