Hispanic Studies and German

Hispanic Studies and German is a joint degree that allows you to gain expertise in two languages and cultures by devoting equal weight to each. Each year you take one language module in each of your chosen languages, and modules on topics from history, politics, literature and culture.

We accept both beginners and students with some knowledge of Spanish/German, (one of the two must be from A-level standard or equivalent) and we teach you in classes appropriate to your linguistic level. You will either spend your second or third year abroad studying at Spanish, Latin American or German universities.
