To observe this international event we're promoting our Pronouns Pledge, which includes six simple actions to advance inclusive pronouns practices at Warwick, as well as a workshop on challenging incorrect pronouns and misgendering.

The programme has developed a set of resources to support LGBTQUIA+ students and staff (and their supporters), including two coming out tools which can facilitate disclosures within the University community.

Trans Day of Visibility is an important day to celebrate our trans community and trans-inclusive practices within our wider University community, as well as raising awareness of the challenges trans people still face at Warwick and beyond.

Mark LGBTQ+ History Month by registering for a webinar, workshop, masterclass, or film screening. Topics range from inclusive data collection & analysis, to challenging disinformation about trans inclusion, as well as role-specific opportunities for personal tutors and those who teach. November 13th - 19th marks Trans Awareness Week, and Warwick Pride, the Queering University Programme and the SU Trans Officer have collaborated on a programme of events including talks, panels, and more social events.

For Trans Awareness Week, we are hosting a talk about a trans-led and trans-focused project that took place last academic year. This talk, given by the lead of the Gender Expression Fund, will talk about the motivation behind the fund, how it worked in practise, and the outcomes for students who applied to it.
