Are you a clinical educator who has questions about teaching or research? Would you like to develop a theoretical knowledge base that you can apply to your own work, in your own context?

This module will benefit anyone in clinical practice who wants to gain a critical understanding of research methodology appropriate to clinical education, leading to a written research proposal and feeding into a submission for ethical approval.

You will learn to:

  • Formulate your focussed research question from systematic searches for evidence
  • Compare and contrast different paradigms and approaches to your research in medical education
