To celebrate your achievement on completing your course and to wish you all the very best for your future, you and two guests are invited to the Warwick Medical School Graduation Celebration Buffet:

Date: 16 July 2015
Time: 1:00-3:30
Venue: Learning Grid, Ground Floor, Rootes Building, Central Campus
Tickets: 3 complimentary tickets per graduate (i.e. graduate and two guests). Any additional tickets may be purchased for £12 each.

Tickets must be reserved in advance. Please note that due to capacity issues, entrance to the graduation celebration buffet will be by ticket only. Due to venue capacity, there is a limit on the number of tickets available. Once we have reached this limit, registration will close. We advise that you reserve your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Refunds for tickets are available before 5.00pm on Monday 13 July 2015 by contacting the events team directly (contact details below). After this time refunds will not be available.

The Graduation Reception Buffet will take place immediately after your Graduation Ceremony.

Please note: as this is a self-service buffet, seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

MB ChB graduates: Prizes to celebrate your achievements will be awarded during the reception.

Parking

Parking on campus will not be available during the week of the Graduation Congregations. Instead, the University is providing a free Park and Ride service.
