Parking
On-campus parking will be available for graduates and their guests attending in July 2026. Normal campus parking charges apply. As you approach campus, please follow the yellow “Warwick Graduation” signs directing you to the car parks. The recommended car parks for graduation are Kirby Corner Car Park and Lynchgate Car ParkLink opens in a new window.
Please note that it is a 10–15 minute walk from the car parks to the venue. If any passengers in your vehicle have difficulty walking but are not Blue Badge holders, you may drop them off near the Warwick Arts Centre before parking. Please make sure to allow extra time for this.

Blue Badge Holders
Registered Blue Badge holders have the same rights on the University campus as on the public highway. Parking is free for Blue Badge holders displaying a valid badge; however, you must follow instructions from the Car Parking team. Please ensure you register for Blue Badge parking in advance to allow time for permit verification.
You can register for Blue Badge parking here: https://uowparking.apcoa.com/
On arrival, please follow the AA signs directing you to the nearest Blue Badge parking areas, located behind Senate House and on Health Centre Road.
Rail
Coventry Rail Station is the closest mainline station and is easily reached from locations such as London Euston and Birmingham. From outside the station, regular bus services — such as the National Express 12X—travel directly to the main campus. Taxis are also available from the station.
West Midlands Bus on Demand
West Midlands Bus On Demand is a Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) service that meets you wherever you are. The service is a cross between a taxi and a bus. You can book a ride via the West Midlands On Demand app by inserting a pick-up and drop-off location. You’ll then be matched with other passengers heading in the same direction. You can book rides when you're ready to go, or pre-book rides days in advance. More information about this service is available on our website.
Journey Planner
There are several tools and resources available to help you plan your journey to campus. The Journey Planner allows you to use existing transport networks to find bus, train, and tram routes, along with times and ticket prices. You can also use it to look up walking and cycling routes.
