Graduation Celebration!
To celebrate your achievement on completing your course and to wish you all the very best for your future, you and your guests are invited to the Warwick Medical School Graduation Celebration Buffet:
Date: 19 July 2018
Time: 1:00pm-3:30pm
Venue: Learning Grid, Ground Floor, Rootes Building, Central Campus
Tickets: Each graduand can request up to four tickets, including one for yourself.
Tickets must be reserved in advance. Please note that due to capacity issues, entrance to the graduation celebration buffet will be by ticket only. Due to venue capacity, there is a limit on the number of tickets available. Once we have reached this limit, registration will close. We advise that you reserve your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

The Graduation Reception Buffet will take place immediately after your graduation ceremony.
Please note: as this is a self-service buffet, seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
MB ChB graduates: Prizes to celebrate your achievements will be awarded during the reception.

Parking
Parking on campus will not be available during the week of the Graduation Congregations. Instead, the University is providing a free Park and Ride service.
