Warwick Award for Teaching Excellence
The Warwick Awards for Teaching Excellence (WATE) celebrate outstanding teaching and learning across the University of Warwick. The awards recognise staff, postgraduate researchers who teach, and collaborative teams who demonstrate creativity, inclusion, and a transformative impact on student learning. Established in the early 2000s, WATE has become a long‑standing and valued part of Warwick’s teaching culture, honouring individuals and teams who make a meaningful difference to students and colleagues.
