The Faculty of Science will be hosting a Sensors Industry Day in the Oculus on Wednesday 11^th December 9.30-2.00. The event is open to both academics and industrial partners working in SENSORS and is designed to:

1. Showcase Warwick Sensors capability
2. Explore the challenges Industry are facing in the area
3. Foster industry/ academia collaboration

This sensor-specific event will potentially provide the opportunity to bring in new industry partners with requirements for new sensing technologies or needs that could be met with some of our existing sensor technologies. Therefore please share this email with your industrial contacts.

The focus will be on research in the following areas & there is an opportunity to demonstrate sensor research if desired:

• Electrical / Electromagnetic / Electrochemical
• Optical
• Temperature
• Acoustic / Ultrasonic
• Sensors for Health & Medicine
