Post-doc Researcher

Goran completed his PhD at the university of Warwick where he discovered a novel lignin-degrading enzyme (Mn-Superoxide dismutase from Sphingobacterium sp. T2). He subsequently worked as postdoctoral research fellow on NERC-funded project (In-situ resource recovery from waste repositories). Goran’s current project is focusing on enzymology of bacterial lignin degradation as a part of multi-partner project entitled “Zero Waste Ligno-Cellulosic Bio-Refinery”.
