To celebrate the award of the prestigious Haworth Memorial Medal and the 50th Anniversary of the formation of the RSC Carbohydrate Group a special 2 day (1 night) meeting is being held. This will feature international speakers covering the full breadth of glycosciences from Synthesis, GlycoMaterials, Enzymology, Glycobiology and Industrial Biotechnology. In keeping with the CarbGroup's philosophy, there will be opportunites for early career researchers to speak and present posters and generous bursaries are being provided by the IBCarb Network. The Buchanan Memorial Award will also be made to the best presentation - so a great opportunity for ECRs!.

The meeting will take place in Scarman House, at the University of Warwick. Registration will include Lunch, 3 Course Conference Dinner, Breakfast and En-Suite Accomodation in a 4* Hotel within the conference facility (on campus but not in a student room). Parking (free) is available in the conference centre.
