D. Phil (PhD) positions

April 2021: 4 PhD studentships are available for a 2021 start as part a major new collaborative EPSRC Prosperity Partnership project between Lubrizol and the Universities of Nottingham and Warwick.

The group welcomes applications from suitable candidates wishing to specialise in either polymer chemistry, mechanisms of polymerisation and applications of controlled architecture polymers in industrial and life sciences chemistry.

Candidates can either bring their own source of funding, or can apply for an already funded place within the group, although only a limited number of these are available each year.

Current D.Phil students are either funded by the EPSRC or by collaboration with industry. Candidates wishing to find their own funding could consider other sources such as scholarships from other national bodies.
