- OH Functionality determination of HTPBs
- Curing of HTPBs with diisocyanates to form crosslinked polyurethane binders for use in rocket propellants
- Modifying ratios of diisocyanates with HTPB and monitoring changes in molecular weight in flow via GPC
- Measuring physical characteristics of cured polymers via DSC
- Measuring rheological changes of curing polymers
- Effect of antioxidants on rheological and kinetic characterstics of cured HTPBs
Future Work
- Utilising flow chemistry to produce HTPBs and polyurethane binders in a time and cost efficient manner.
- Designing isocyanate-free crosslinking methods
