Scholarships from the Institutes of Engineering
There are a number of major scholarships available to engineering undergraduates in the UK. The course you have applied for at Warwick must be accredited by the relevant Institute for you to be eligible.
- Institution of Engineering and Technology
- Institution of Mechanical Engineers
- Institution of Civil Engineers
Industry-sponsored scholarships are also sometimes available. For example:
The Multicultural Scholars Programme allowed me to focus on my work as I had little worries about my expenditure during my studies. I was able to travel home whenever I feel homesick, buy the resources required for my course and not have to stress about constantly saving. Furthermore, I was able to travel to Hondurs on an engineering project, fully sponsored by the programme."
