Combinatorics
Various aspects of combinatorics and graph theory that are represented at Warwick include: extremal and probabilistic combinatorics, structural and algorithmic graph theory, infinite graphs, random walks, additive combinatorics, graph limits, etc. The inter-departmental Centre for Discrete Mathematics and its Applications (DIMAP) provides an active and stumilating environment for cross-disciplinary research. Also, Warwick has a very strong Theory and Foundations Group at Computer Science and is one of the five founding members of the Alan Turing Institute.
