Biography

Anower graduated from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a BSc (Hons.) and an MSc both in Applied Statistics. Then he worked as a Lecturer in Applied Statistics for three years at the Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT), University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2012, Anower did another MSc in Statistics from the University of Nottingham, UK, followed by a PhD in Medical Statistics (2017) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), UK. Then he returned to Bangladesh and worked for ISRT as an Associate Prefoessor until January 2022. Anower joined warwick CTU, Warwick Medical School, The University of Warwick, in February 2022 as an Assistant Professor in Medical Statistics.
