Health Education England (HEE) and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) have created a short film about developing a clinical academic career. It describes the opportunities on offer to all professions as part of HEE’s Clinical Academic Careers Framework, which brings together research programmes funded by HEE and the NIHR.

Graduates interested in applying for Academic Foundation training can find out more via The Foundation Programme website and apply for AFY posts through Oriel.

Those interested in applying for either the Academic Clinical Fellowship Programme or the Clinical Lectureship programmes, should contact the West Midlands Deanery in the first instance.
