The Virtual MBChB Education Conference 2020

Welcome to our virtual conference!

1. Register for access to the conference

Please complete this form to register for access to the 2020 MBChB Education Conference platform.

This will allow us to give you access to the Conference Team. You should access the Conference Team using the email address you register with.

2. Join the Conference Team site

The conference is being held in Microsoft Teams. Once you have registered, we will add you to the Conference Team and you will receive an automatic email invitation with a link to the Team. Please:

  • If you are using a non-Warwick email, please sign out from any other organisation’s Teams before joining the Conference Team (see the instructions for joining as a guestLink opens in a new window).

  • Join the Conference Team using the automatic invitation email sent to the email address you registered with.
  • If you are using a Warwick email address, please remember to sign in as username@live.warwick.ac.uk.
  • Always use the email address you provided when you registered for access to the conference.

3. Programme

Visit the conference programme page.

4. Joining a Conference Session (Teams meeting)

Once you have joined the Conference Team, you can join sessions in the Team (Conference Sessions channel) or by following the links on the conference programme page.

  • Please join with your microphone muted; unmute when you would like to speak.
  • Use the meeting chat to ask questions, post resources etc.
  • Use the 'raise hand' if you would like to ask a question.
