Why do you want to become a Challenging Racism workshop facilitator?

I understand I need to attend a Challenging Racism workshop as a delegate, arriving on time and staying for the whole workshop.

I understand that I will need to attend a follow up debriefing meeting

I understand that I will be expected to facilitate a minimum of two workshops per year after I have completed my training
