2000-2003 BSc in Maths and Physics. My final year project was a practical project on S-Phase SiAlONs involving many different techniques.
2003-2004 MSc in Physics specialising in Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance under Prof. Mark Smith. My thesis title is "High Field Solid State 27Al NMR of Ceramics and Glasses".
2004-2008 PhD in Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance under Prof. Mark Smith and in close collaboration with Johnson Matthey. My thesis title is"Solid State NMR Studies of Inorganic Pigment Materials and Catalysts"
2008 I was employed in the Solid State NMR group in the Physics Department at the University of Warwick to assist with the moving of the group to the new facility.
2009 -> 2011 Post-Doctoral Research Associate on the Dynamic Nuclear Polarisation (DNP) project in the Physics Department at the University of Warwick.
2010 -> Science City Facilities Manager.
2011 -> Senior Research Fellow in the NMR group, Physics Department at the University of Warwick.
