Academic Conduct Panel Decision appeal
Please complete the form below if you wish to appeal the decision of an Academic Conduct Panel. Your case may be referred to the University's Academic Integrity Committee (AIC) if this cannot be resolved within the department and the outcome could be of greater severity that that recommended by WMG. Timescales related to AIC referral may mean a delay to your graduation date.
It is appropriate to use this form to share information which may not have been shared during the ACP, to clarify your responses to any of the questions posed during the ACP or to provide any evidence that the outcome recommended by the panel may not be correct.
