complaint form

Any concerns you may have regarding your studies at WMG should initially be raised informally with the person or team responsible for the area of concern. If you have done this and have NOT had a satisfactory outcome please use this form to raise the complaint to the Programme Management. Your complaint will be logged, and viewed by a member of the Learning and Teaching Management team in the first instance. They may need to refer the complaint to other members of the WMG Department for further investigation.

Your complaint will be dealt with under the University's Complaints Resolution Procedure, normally as a Stage 1 complaint. Please ensure you have read and understood the information (particularly what is, and isn't classed as a complaint under the procedure) before proceeding. NB This procedure does NOT cover academic appeals (i.e. appealing a final Exam Board outcome).
