If you have any feedback, (positive or negative) regarding your studies, the Department or the University, please do complete this form.
The feedback provided in this form will used to look into any issues or concerns raised, to share positive and negative feedback with relevant course teams and/or to provide Programme Management with regular reports, and may also be shared with the Student-Staff Liaison Committee, if appropriate. Please note that this form is not for individual complaints you would like investigating or resolving; if you wish to make a complaint, please visit our Student Complaints page.
You may use this form to raise issues anonymously if you wish. However the more information you provide the easier it will be for us to understand the issue/feedback provided. Staff can also use this form to log significant issues or student feedback they feel should be included in reports but must ensure any such logging does not identify individual students.
When submitting feedback under the category of ‘student consultation on course and module changes’, your comments will be directed accordingly, and responses will be shared through SSLCs.
