Welcome to WMG!
Congratulations on your offer of a place at Warwick!
We’re looking forward to welcoming you all for the academic year 2025/26. We’re sure that the next year will be exciting, challenging and rewarding, and we hope that you’ll make the most of all the opportunities available to you here at WMG.
Information regarding Welcome Week, as well as links to key information, can all be found on these webpages. Please read your pre-arrival checklists carefully and make sure you’ve completed the required steps! During the first few days of Welcome Week, there will also be several induction sessions, during which you’ll be able to ask questions and meet key people in the team.

What do I have to do before arriving at WMG?

Enrol and register for your IT & email account on the Welcome to Warwick pages.
You will receive an email from the Enrolment team 4-6 weeks before your course start date, or within a week of accepting your unconditional offer if this is later, asking you to complete all of the tasks below. Please do not try to complete Course Registration until you have received this email.
- Complete the 'International Student Success' course(international students only)
- As part of the enrolment process, you'll need to complete the online Student Conduct Moodle.
- Download the MyWarwick app

View your Welcome Week timetable! This will go live to students in September.

- Complete the WMG Induction Moodle (this will be released very soon!)
- View the Life at University Guide.
WMG Induction
WMG induction activities will take place across Week 0 (29th September – 3rd October) and Week 1 (6th – 10th October) of term.

Week 0 is Welcome Week, designed to help you settle into university life and start connecting with the WMG community.

Week 1 is Transition into Master’s Studies (TIMS) Week, focused on preparing you to study at master's level.
It is essential that you attend and engage with the sessions scheduled across both weeks. These sessions will give you a strong foundation for your studies and offer the chance to:

Discover the wide range of opportunities available at WMG

Meet key members of WMG staff

Get to know your fellow students
A detailed timetable of induction sessions will be shared via the Welcome Week platform and Tabula in September.
Please remember to bring your laptop or smart device to all induction sessions.
Term Dates
The Full-time Masters course is one full year (September 2025 - September 2026). Postgraduate study does not follow the usual University term dates; you are expected to be available to attend taught sessions throughout the year.
The only exceptions are the following dates when the University is closed during Christmas week and Easter weekend.
