Warwick shares in £167million investment in engineering, technology & science PhDs

The University of Warwick is to receive almost £5million funding to support the next generation of engineering, technology & science researchers.


Warwick secures over £1m from Medical Research Council

Innovative University of Warwick research will be accelerated thanks to over £1m of funding from the Medical Research Council (MRC) to take ground-breaking ideas into industry and out to patients.

The funding comprises a Proximity to Discovery award to the Warwick MRC Industry Engagement Fund (WMIEF) of £100k and a Discovery Award of £973k to support vivo microscopy researchers investigate the dynamic activity of individual neural cells during complex behaviours.

New facts about Queen Elizabeth I revealed like never before in award winning historical volumes

Several hundred manuscripts and early printed texts have been transcribed afresh by over 40 scholars based at the at the University of Warwick’s Centre for the Study of the Renaissance to produce a series of award winning books entitled, John Nichols’s The Progresses and Public Processions of Queen Elizabeth I: A New Edition of the Early Modern Sources.

Warwick awarded Queen’s Anniversary Prize for its research in Mathematics and Statistics

The University of Warwick has been awarded a Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher & Further Education for its research in Mathematics and Statistics and the impact and application of that research to solve global challenges.
