If your query relates to an exam board outcome and you are seeking official confirmation of the degree being awarded by the University of Warwick Senate, Student Records are not able to confirm your degree until after the Senate has met to confirm your department's Exam Board decision or after the official date of release.

Prior to the Senate meeting or the official date of release, your outcome is a recommendation of an exam board and is provisional.

After Senate has confirmed your outcome, you can request a confirmation of award letter from our colleagues in the Student Information Centre, Senate HouseLink opens in a new window or request additional copies of your transcriptLink opens in a new window.

Requests for these documents before the official conferral will not be responded to until after the Senate has met while we prioritise the processing of exam board recommendations.
