You said, We didn't
This page highlights suggestions and feedback that we have reviewed but as a project are unable to take forward at this time, along with an explanation of the factors influencing these decisions. Although the University and its departments must work within various operational and organisational constraints, we always look for ways to support students, whether through alternative solutions, existing services or helpful signposting. We believe that openness and transparency are essential, and we want to ensure you understand how feedback is considered and how decisions are made.

| Support needed to help identify suitable off-campus local areas to live, reducing the impact of moving somewhere unsuitable. | We trialled running local area tours to support students in understanding how long it would take to get to local areas as well as what the areas are like to live in. These unfortunately did not get much uptake, however we are looking at how to support students choosing the right place to live! Together at Warwick are looking at how best we can support students moving to the right local areas, looking at how best to signpost to students across social media, asynchronous resources and in person events. |

The SU trialled running a 're-freshers' fair in January of 2026, which unfortunately did not have a lot of uptake. There are still discussions around how we can best support students in this area, including considerations around welcome provision and signposting for older years. Together at Warwick launched a joined up platform through the existing MyAdvantage system used for careers, so that all students can see what is happening across campus. Student experience and engagement department launched The Nook, a central space aimed at all students to help them to pause, meet and discover.
