Opportunities available:
Work USA
Seasonal work, usually in hospitality or tourism - working 40 hours a week over the summer period. Contracts are usually 9-12 weeks
Ideal if you want to work over the summer and gain international experience
Summer Camp USA
Nine weeks working at camp earning a USD $2,000 camp salary
Ideal if you want to work with children and teenagers over the summer and gain international experience
How much does it cost?
Work USA
- BUNAC fees (includes visa application): £949
- Additional costs: Flight (approx. £700), accommodation (approx. £1,500, included with some placements/ heavily subsidised), food costs (£1,200), spending money, travel insurance

- BUNAC fees: £379
- Police background check £18
- Visa $185 USD (you will also need to provide proof of minimum $800 funds)
- TOTAL £579 (approx.)

What can I earn?
Work USA
There is an opportunity to earn a good wage, especially when subsidised through tips; these vary by placement
Summer Camp USA
You will earn $2,000 USD camp salary
What funding is available?
Turing scheme funding
Available at a rate of £545 per month (up to 2 months)
- Additional funding is available to students who meet additional criteria (see bottom of page here)

Students who are on the Warwick Scholars programme or are in receipt of the Warwick Undergraduate Bursary will be eligible for a higher rate of funding support

Some other criteria also qualify for an enhanced rate of funding
