Refreshing food options on campus
Explore new food and drink options on campus by Warwick Food Group, with the new Coffee Lab in the Social Sciences building. You can also find the relocated Red Rocket food van at the Computer Science building, with a new Eatwise menu including grilled cheese, homemade bakes, and coffee from Bridge Coffee Roasters.
Demonstrations on campus – Wednesday 14 May and Thursday 15 May 2025
We are aware of a demonstration currently taking place outside Senate House. The demonstration is by Warwick Stands with Palestine. On Wednesday 14 May and Thursday 15 May access to University House and WMG buildings will move to a single point of access. This is in response to a planned rally. You will need to be prepared to show your university ID to Community Safety staff and keep it visible while in the buildings. University House will close to students for general access from Thursday 15 May and remain closed to students until Friday morning.

As part of #GetWarwickTalking, this Mental Health Awareness Week we’re sharing personal stories from Warwick students and staff on their experiences of mental health, with the aim to help dismantle mental health stigma and foster open discussions about these vital issues on campus.
Wes Anderson all-dayer at Warwick Arts Centre
Join Warwick Arts Centre on Saturday 17 May for a Wes Anderson all-dayer, known as a Wes Ander-thon! Rushmore, The Grand Budapest Hotel and The Royal Tenenbaums will hit the screens back-to-back for just £5 per film (£15 for the whole day).

Tocil Bridge Estates Works Update
Design works to replace the damaged Tocil Bridge have now been completed with logistical planning progressing at pace. However, due to third party, access and reinstatement complexities the works are taking longer than hoped to ensure a safe and sustainable solution is provided. We thank you for your on-going patience with this matter and urge the Campus community to practice water safe behaviour in the area and to follow instructional signage to ensure the safety of all. Due to on-going anti-social behaviour Community Safety will be patrolling the area on a more regular basis.
AI Toolkit for Social Sciences and the Arts
We are developing an AI Toolkit for the Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences and we’re looking for your input to help shape its student-focused content. You’ll receive a £20 shopping voucher for your valuable contributions. Register your interest by 16 May.

A new Co-op store is coming to campus!
We'll be launching a new Co-op franchise store on campus, replacing the current Rootes Grocery Store. The new Co-op will serve up an extensive range of quality, fresh, healthy produce and everyday essentials alongside a strong focus on world food. Rootes Grocery Store will be closed for a brief period during summer vacation, with a pop-up shop to service the campus community. Find out more here.

We'd like to wish a huge congratulations to Adam Hudson, an undergraduate Statistics student at Warwick, who claimed first place in Coventry's Half Marathon on Sunday 27 April. Hear from Adam, who completed the Half Marathon in an impressive 70 minutes and 22 seconds!
