Profile

Andrew worked as a Home Help & Residential Care Assistant straight from school, moving to Rugby Older People's Team in 2001. Andrew studied Social Work via a work-based contract and graduated from Coventry University in 2007. Andrew specialised in working with Older People with dementia. He also went on to gain a Post-Graduate Certificate in Practice Education from the University of Warwick. Andrew left front line practice in 2018 to be the ASYE Co-Ordinator for Warwickshire County Council supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers through their first year out of University. Andrew joined the Social Work Team at CLL in 2023. He is a registered social worker with Social Work England.
