Charmaine Roche is an executive and leadership development coach and director of Lifeflowbalance Coaching and Consulting Ltd. She established her coaching career following 29 years as an educator, leader, coach, mentor and consultant in the UK education sector. Through her company she offers coaching, coach training and development, coach supervision, and consultancy applying decoloniality as a systemic lens for developing equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging in organisations. She also works as an associate with a number of partner organisations and holds a number of voluntary positions.

She is a PhD researcher with Leeds Beckett University. Her research focus ‘The Ethics of Coaching for Social Change in Oppressive Contexts’ is already having an impact through publications, conference appearances.
