Paula is part of the Central Administration team at the Centre for Lifelong Learning and works in a supporting role to Michele Archer, the Centre Administrator.

The main purpose of her role is monitoring and reporting on the quarterly and annual budgets and management accounts for all CLL cost centres. She also provides support for research budgets. In addition to this, Paula is involved with data production and analysis for the ITT Ofsted inspection and the Subject level TEF Mock Exercise, both of which are due to take place this year.

Prior to starting work at the University in May 2018, Paula worked at the head office of NFU Mutual Insurance Services in Stratford upon Avon where she was a Financial Reporting Technician.
