You can choose from several accommodation options, all a short distance from our amazing campus facilities.
You’ll enjoy the freedom of independent living, but with the reassurance of our support should you need it.

How do I apply?
Applying for accommodation couldn’t be easier. Applications open in April time, and there’s no deposit or application fee to pay.
- Accept your offer of study from Warwick (conditional or unconditional).
- Submit your application online before 20 August 2024 (for academic year 2024-25).
- We will email you after A level results day with more information about your application.

What are the accommodation fees and contract lengths?
We offer a wide range of accommodation to suit different requirements and budgets.
Prices start from around £121 per week right up to around £245 per week for a room on campus.
Most of our accommodation contracts are for 40 weeks. However, we also have 35 week contracts and even a 44 week contract across different residences.
The longer your contract, the higher your yearly cost will be.
How do you pay for accommodation at university?
Your accommodation fees should be paid at the start of each term.
Using Flywire, you can set up a direct debit, use a UK credit or debit card or make a bank transfer.
Where will I live from second year onwards?
After your first year, undergraduate students have the opportunity to live on campus but many expand their horizons and move off campus.
Our local area includes lively city life, tranquil countryside and historic towns.
