Nominees 2022

We are delighted to announce we received 44 nominations from staff, students and teams from across the University for a chance to be awarded on of our seven 2022 WAPCE awards. Sadly we cannot award everyone and the panel had a hard time choosing which ones to shortlist as they were so impressed by the standard of the nominations. We want to thank all those who have nominated and have been nominated and huge congratulations to all those who were nominated.

With 4 categories and 7 awards up for grabs, we are pleased to announce our shortlist of 28 nominees You will find below a breakdown of nominees and shortlisted nominees by category.

Each shortlisted nominee will now move to the second round of the application process and produce a 1800 word statement - We wish them all the best! The winners will be announced on the 24th June.

Individual Award

For any professional services or academic staff member (including all research and/or teaching focused and technician staff).

There are 4 individual awards available. Each award is £1000

Team Award

For teams of 2-15 collaborators from across Professional Services and Academic staff and students of the University.

Applicants involved in a Team award can also apply for an Individual award, but not for the same project.

One team award is available. The award is £4000.
