Reinvention Centre Academic Fellowships

The Reinvention Centre for Undergraduate Research is pleased to announce the final round of funding for its Academic Fellowship programme. This programme awards Fellowships of up to £10,000 to academic and academic-related staff, to enable undergraduate modules to be “reinvented” in order to expand their research content. Potential projects should address the Reinvention Centre’s Working Principles, which are: 
  1. Consolidating the ties between teaching and research
  2. Encouraging undergraduate research within the curriculum
  3. Redesigning the spaces within which students learn
  4. Disseminating knowledge about research-based learning across the HE sector
 The deadline for applications is 31 October 2008. Applications will be considered and funding awarded by 31 December 2008, with projects being eligible to start on or after 1 January 2009.
