Kishan Katira

PhD student. Supervisor: Professor Michael Gardiner.

My thesis is 'Gandhi and Sōseki: Meditations on Britain, Japanese Britishisation and the British Raj in India'.

Research interests include: Mohandas K. Gandhi, Natsume Sōseki, the Kyoto School of Philosophy, Eastern (specifically Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist, Confucian) philosophy and Martin Heidegger's Being and Time.
